Cleaning the Fridge - Rant

Somebody cleaned out our office fridge recently, probably prompted by the... unusual odor.

But they didn't have to throw away *all* the old stuff, right? There was a raspberry vinaigrette salad dressing that I've been enjoying for the last couple of years.

It was in the office fridge for longer than I've been here. So what? It expired in 2005. So what? It was still good.

It was a good standby for me. When my food needed flavor and my regular BBQ sauce ran out, I'd go to the vinaigrette. Not as bad as you might think on baked ham and mashed potatoes.
